Hi, I'm Rachel!
I'm the crazy person who decided to quit her full-time career to retrain as a dog groomer and follow my passion for working with dogs.
I'm also a dog mum to a very opinionated Westie called Bazil.
My Story
Originally from the North-West of England I moved to Scotland in 2014 when I moved to Stirling to study, met my now husband Calum and the rest is history! We moved to Midlothian (my husbands old stomping ground) in 2018 and over covid and until mid-2023 I worked in the affordable energy/warmth sector in Fuel Poverty. I realised in early 2023 that I needed a change and decided to put my love for dogs to use and retrained as a dog groomer. Woof, Wash & Wag officially opened for business in September 2023 and I have been so overwhelmed by the support (and all of your adorable doggos!).
